You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. scrplay8 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification remains incomplete; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending in relation to your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or errors in game outcomes.
scrplay8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their scrplay8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit scrplay8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
